Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster position with a preferred location in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a seasoned claims professional who can manage a full caseload independently while delivering high-quality service to our clients. If you have an active claims license and 8–10 years of claims handling experience, we’d love to connect and learn more about you.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage a full caseload of claims from inception through resolution
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims in accordance with policy provisions, state regulations, and client guidelines
• Establish reserves and recommend settlement strategies
• Communicate effectively with claimants, attorneys, employers, medical providers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate, timely, and well-documented claim files
Required Qualifications
• Active claims license in Mississippi
• 8–10 years of claims handling experience, preferably within a TPA environment
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong knowledge of claims best practices, regulations, and compliance standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and professional judgment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience handling complex or litigated claims
• Residence in or near Ridgeland, Mississippi preferred
