Job Description

I'm looking for Recruiting Coordinator for our client in Wilmington, MA. Great growth opportunity and for the right individual the opportunity to convert to a perm employee. Must be onsite 2-3x days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and manage in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring teams.
• Own confirmation and follow-up correspondences to candidates and hiring teams regarding recruiting status via phone and e-mail.
• Own and manage the recruiting e-mail inbox(s); respond to candidate and vendor inquiries and forward information to the appropriate person or team
• facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process
• posting open positions to job boards,
• coordinate candidate travel
• scheduling interviews across departments
• handling last-minute scheduling changes
• smoothing over any other speed bumps in the hiring process.

Minimum of 1 year of talent acquisition or human resources preferred.
