Job Description

Our client, a global provider of finance solutions is seeking a Chief of Staff out or banking or consulting. This position will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This role will sit at the center of the organization, helping to drive all initiatives.  This position is an extension of the leadership team and for someone who can not only see the vision, but help execute and cross the finish line.  

• 120-160k
• Hybrid - Remote Mondays and Fridays 

Responsibilities: 

• Work side?by?side with the CEO to shape and drive the organization’s most important initiatives.
• Convert high?level priorities into clear execution roadmaps with defined milestones, owners, and success measures.
• Monitor progress against company goals and ensure leaders follow through on commitments.
• Own company?wide reporting rhythms and operating cadence, including preparation of materials for senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Align key teams around shared objectives, surfacing and resolving issues that slow execution.
• Support internal messaging and communications during major events, changes, or transactions
• Act as a sounding board to the CEO, providing structured analysis and recommendations on key business questions.
• Craft and refine high?quality presentations, memos, and communications for leadership audiences.
• Prepare concise, insight?driven briefings for internal and external meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Ensure information flows effectively between executives and teams so priorities, decisions, and expectations are clearly understood.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to anticipate obstacles and keep initiatives moving forward.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–12+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or a similarly demanding, analytical role.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders or executive teams
• Background in finance?adjacent or investment?oriented environments is a plus, not a requirement.
• Clear, concise communicator with strong presentation skills and executive presence.
