Our client in the Franklin area is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry !

This Recruiter opportunity is a permanent opportunity with a hybrid/in-office schedule .

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruiting including sourcing, posting on job boards, screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, extending offers, and managing the onboarding process
• Developing and implementing improvements to the recruiting process
• Recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar opportunities
• Collaborating with hiring managers on internal openings
• Training hiring managers in interviewing techniques and hiring best practices
• Organizing and maintaining candidate information in an ATS platform
• Building a pipeline of qualified candidates

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Experience in the warehouse, healthcare, or manufacturing industry is ideal
• Experience implementing and improving recruiting processes
• Experience training hiring managers on interviewing techniques
• Experience recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar opportunities is ideal
• Experience managing ATS platforms
• Must be comfortable in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing strategies
• Must be able to be fully in-office in Franklin (will have hybrid flexibility)
• Bachelors degree is ideal
