Join our team as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, where you will be an integral part of our pharmacy operations. As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will work alongside licensed pharmacists to ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to our patients. Your attention to detail and dedication to patient care will be paramount in this role.

1st and 2nd shifts available

Responsibilities:

Performs any combination of following duties to assist Pharmacist in a Central Fill pharmacy: mixes pharmaceutical preparations, fills bottles with prescribed tables and capsules, and types labels for bottles

Assists Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medication

Receives and stores incoming supplies

Counts stock and enters data in compute to maintain inventory records

Processes records of medication and equipment dispensed to hospital patient, compute charges, and enters data in computer

Cleans equipment and sterilizes glassware according to prescribed methods

Types and files reports, and completes formed as directed

Assists in stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory

Requirements:

Indiana Pharmacy Technician Certification

Pharmacy Technician Experience

Works with limited autonomy and under moderate direction

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.95 per hour
