Yatooma Law, P.C. is a fast-growing practice seeking tenacious attorneys to join our team. We are hiring only zealous advocates with outstanding writing and oratory skills. If you would describe yourself likewise, and have at least six years of litigation experience, please provide your resume, references, and a writing sample that is entirely your own.

Compensation package ranges from approximately $90k-$125k. Profit-sharing is available. Full-time, part-time, flex-time, and independent contractor arrangements are also available. Remote or hybrid work available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze complex legal issues, including but not limited to franchisor liability, legal malpractice, commercial transactions, and privacy violations.
• Draft compelling submissions for state, federal, and appellate courts. 
• Prepare for and present oral argument in the state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Collaborate with colleagues on creative case strategies.
• Contribute to the firm’s thoughtful leadership through written and oral presentations.

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Michigan (or eligible for admission).
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and public speaking abilities.
• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for challenging legal work.
• Six plus years of litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to distill complex legal issues into concise, persuasive arguments.
• Prior law review articles or other legal publications.
