Field Office Assistant (Contract-to-Hire) | Myerstown, PA

Location: Myerstown, PA

Duration: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire (Potential for extension or permanent conversion)

About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a Field Office Assistant to support on-site operations for an active project in Myerstown, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a construction/project environment and grow into a long-term role.

You’ll work closely with the Project Superintendent and play a key role in keeping daily field operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Superintendent with day-to-day field operations
  • Assist with general site coordination and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the field office/site
  • Relay messages and updates to subcontractors and team members
  • Coordinate with site security for deliveries and site access
  • Help ensure smooth communication across teams on-site

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • ~1 year of experience in a field office, construction site, or similar environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word; Excel is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
