We’re seeking skilled Aluminum Welders and Fabrication Craftsmen of all experience levels — from entry-level apprentices to experienced leads and inspectors. Our team produces high-quality welded components for complex custom builds across themed and structural environments.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, safety-focused shop using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes, modern fabrication tools, and precision equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, cut lists, and fabrication drawings.
• Choose the appropriate type of aluminum materials.
• Perform welding and fabrication on steel, aluminum, and stainless materials.
• Operate fabrication equipment (shear, brake press, ironworker, drill press).
• Finish work with quality, accuracy, and weld adherence to code.
• Maintain organized, safe, and efficient work areas.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to meet project goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–7+ years of welding/fabrication experience (all levels welcome).
• Ability to produce defect-free welds in aluminum materials.
• Familiarity with MIG is a must, and TIG or Stick welding processes are a plus.
• Knowledge of different aluminum alloys.
• Ability to read blueprints, solve problems, and measure precisely.
• Safety-minded, dependable, and eager to learn or lead.
