Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: Base pay of $75–$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 per hour, resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96.
Generous Paid Time Off: Five weeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick time.
CME Support: Three paid CME days annually, with additional CME support provided.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon joining the team.

Requirements:
Current and unrestricted Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
Minimum of six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a comparable fast-paced setting; strong new graduates will be considered.
Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Availability to work every other weekend.
