Job Description

Mode of Work: 100% Remote

The selected candidate will create and maintain business process documentation, facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and develop Business Process Guides (BPGs) for complex operational and technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Process Guides (BPGs) using standardized templates.
  • Analyze existing process documentation and workflows.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and information gathering sessions.
  • Facilitate meetings with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Create process flow diagrams using Visio.
  • Develop documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
  • Track project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Prepare status reports and project updates.
  • Review and update documentation based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and usability.

Required Skills:

  • 4%2B years of technical writing experience supporting software, business processes, or IT operations.
  • 4%2B years organizing and documenting complex technical information.
  • 4%2B years conducting research, document analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
  • 5%2B years using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Visio.
  • 3%2B years of documentation management and process mapping.
  • 3%2B years collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • 3%2B years reviewing, testing, and improving documentation.
  • 3%2B years creating technical summaries and status reports.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Certifications:

  • Technical Writing Certification preferred.
  • Business Analysis Certification preferred.
