The Bond Creative Advancement Project is proud to partner with Huron Station Playhouse on its inaugural Summer PlayLab, an immersive youth theater program for students ages 15–18 (Classes of 2026–2029).
Hosted at Huron Station Playhouse in Cypress Park, Los Angeles, the program will offer two tracks—Acting and Playwriting—in a collaborative, ensemble-based environment. Over the course of the summer, students will develop original work, build their creative voices, and prepare for a public showcase of new material. Teaching faculty will also serve in a directing role as part of the culminating presentation.
Founded by Alden Ehrenreich and Julie Cohn, Huron Station Playhouse was created out of a belief in the importance of live theater in an increasingly digital and AI-driven age. Rooted in imagination, human connection, presence, and artistic risk-taking, Huron is committed to creating space for artists and audiences to gather around the unique power of live performance.
We are currently seeking teaching artists in the Los Angeles area for both tracks. We are looking for artists who have experience working with youth ages 15–18 and who are excited by mentorship, collaboration, and the opportunity to help shape a meaningful inaugural program for young theater makers.

This is a paid opportunity, with compensation currently being finalized and shared with selected candidates.
