What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional and problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings corridors parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances exits and high-traffic areas to help to control access support visitor direction and/or assist with security-related concerns involving patients and staff.
• Support healthcare operations by observing for policy violations assisting during medical or facility-related emergencies and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccinations are required for this hospital location.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
