Responsibilities:

  • Access Control : Monitor and manage access into the casino and all restricted zones. Verify credentials, grant or deny entry, and maintain secure environments at all times.
  • Cash Transfer Security : Provide vigilant escort and oversight during all internal transfers of funds. Ensure secure transportation protocols are followed at every step.
  • Post Coverage : Perform duties as assigned—standing, patrolling, or seated—in high-visibility and sensitive locations throughout the facility.
  • Rapid Response : Respond immediately to backup requests, alarms, or incidents. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to resolve disruptions quickly and professionally.
  • Key Management : Strictly monitor and secure all facility and office keys. Maintain accurate logs and protocols to safeguard access control.
  • Incident Documentation : Prepare detailed, timely reports on unusual incidents, security breaches, suspicious behavior, and resolved situations. Deliver clear, factual content to support internal records and regulatory compliance.
  • Training & Meetings : Attend mandatory security briefings, policy updates, and skills development sessions. Stay informed about evolving protocols, casino operations, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma required
  • Valid Security Officer license preferred
  • Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a casino environment is preferred
  • Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and written-reporting abilities
  • Trustworthy with a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular patrols
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Night could extend until 2 AM or as needed
  • Must be at least 21 to apply.
