Sales & Client Development Specialist

About the Opportunity:

Our client is a bespoke automotive design studio and consultancy specializing in highly customized vehicle builds and luxury automotive services. Built on a foundation of craftsmanship, innovation, and deep automotive expertise, the company partners closely with clients to bring their vision to life—whether through custom interiors, performance upgrades, advanced audio and electronics integration, radar systems, suspension and engine work, restoration projects, or full-scale design and build commissions.

The company is also expanding its services with a new facility that will feature premium vehicle storage, offering secure, climate-controlled environments designed to protect high-value automobiles with the same attention to detail applied to every custom project.

Their clientele includes automotive enthusiasts, collectors, and high-net-worth individuals who expect discretion, expertise, and exceptional service.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a high-caliber automotive sales professional to drive revenue across both their core custom project business and their new luxury vehicle storage division.

This individual will work closely with company leadership and the existing sales team to engage clients on complex automotive projects, guide them through design and performance discussions, and help grow the storage program.

This is a highly client-facing, consultative sales role that requires both commercial acumen and genuine passion for automobiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Business Sales Leadership

  • Meet with clients to understand their vehicle goals, vision, and project plans
  • Sell custom automotive projects including:
  • Performance upgrades (engine, suspension, braking)
  • Radar and electronics integration
  • High-end audio systems
  • Interior design and refinement
  • Restoration and full vehicle builds
  • Collaborate with technicians to develop accurate scopes of work
  • Manage client expectations around timelines and budgets
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining the company’s premium brand standards

Luxury Vehicle Storage Sales & Client Management

  • Sell premium vehicle storage services
  • Onboard new storage clients with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities to convert storage clients into project clients
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with storage clients

Client Relationship Development

  • Build long-term relationships with collectors and automotive enthusiasts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson
  • Communicate confidently with sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele
  • Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management

Sales Operations & Collaboration

  • Work closely with ownership and senior sales leadership
  • Contribute to sales strategy and growth planning
  • Maintain CRM discipline and clear documentation
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sales to production teams
