Job Description

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our safety operations – supporting our field leadership by overseeing the safety of a specified construction jobsite in Lebanon and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, training, evaluations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effective collaboration with team members and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is recommended, as well as the ability to utilize and learn various software programs. A CHST certification, OSHA 500/510, and First Aid/CPR certification is preferred, but not required. 2-5 years of construction safety experience is required, as well as an OSHA 30 certification. Physical requirements include the ability to climb ladders, walk jobsites, and work in various weather conditions. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent to be considered for employment.
