Robot Learning Engineer – Robotics / Physical AI

We’re working with an early-stage robotics startup building multi-purpose mobile robots capable of complex real-world manipulation .
They’re looking for a Robot Learning Engineer to help push the boundaries of what robots can actually do in real environments.
What you’ll be doing:
• Designing learning algorithms for manipulation, navigation & control
• Working across simulation → real-world deployment
• Applying reinforcement learning, imitation learning & foundation models
• Scaling ML systems for large-scale training & fine-tuning
• Collaborating closely with hardware, controls & systems teams
What they’re looking for:
• Strong background in robotics + machine learning
• Experience with RL / imitation learning / behavior cloning
• Python + deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow / JAX)
• Hands-on experience with real robot systems
• Experience with simulators (Isaac, MuJoCo, etc.)
