Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a new grad or early career professional interested in recruiting! Our client, a large company with cities across most major US cities, is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. You will gain hands-on recruiting experience, broad exposure to the business, and the training needed to grow a long-term career in talent acquisition. You'll play a key role in executing their recruiting strategy, partnering with leaders and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent that aligns with the company's culture and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting team in executing strategies and achieving hiring targets for the assigned region.
  • Source and screen candidates, including resume review and initial phone/video interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule all candidate touchpoints (screenings, interviews, offers, events) and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data in the ATS/HRIS and report on key recruiting metrics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure strong alignment with culture and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic and values alignment.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid in-office schedule and travel up to 10% for recruiting and company events.
