Job Overview : The purpose of this role is to provide primary phone answering along with administrative support.
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant primary duties include :
· Client meeting scheduling for the firm (all offices)
· Answering phones in the Woodstock office
· Greeting and managing all visitors, including clients and facilities vendors
· Sort mail daily
· Deposit checks
· Meal, snack, and supply ordering for the Woodstock office
· Light client services work (form filling, letter writing, etc.)

· Proficiency with common office technology
· Ability to work from our Woodstock office from 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday
