Join a pioneering AI lab focused on enhancing healthcare reasoning through high-quality data. As a Radiology Expert, you will play a crucial role in designing clinical scenarios, evaluating AI model outputs, and influencing the future of diagnostic imaging AI.

• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on your Radiology practice, including image interpretation, differential generation, follow-up recommendations, ACR criteria application, and structured reporting.
• Write "golden" reference responses that meet attending-level quality standards.
• Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
• Provide written feedback to the research team to enhance model performance.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.

• Attending physicians must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
• Resident physicians must be in their final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible).
• Fellows must be board-certified/board-eligible in their primary specialty and hold a current active, unrestricted medical license.

• Remote position, fully asynchronous.
• Default commitment of 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours after onboarding based on demand.
• Weekly payment schedule.
• Start date is rolling, following onboarding sign-off.
• Ongoing engagement, reviewed monthly.

Hourly rates range from $180 to $400, determined by seniority tier (early-career to senior attending). Your specific rate will be confirmed in your offer.
