NOW HIRING: Local Digital Assistant (Safety Harbor-Based, Partial Remote)
Are you detail-oriented, social media savvy, and fluent in digital tools? We’re looking for a reliable, tech-smart individual based in the Safety Harbor, FL area to join our team as a Personal Assistant with a hybrid structure— remote work after training, with some on-site needs .
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who thrives on organization, communication, and creative problem-solving — and knows their way around digital platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Working from home after initial in-person training
✔️ Making and receiving calls, organizing deliverables & managing projects
✔️ Handling emails and basic website support
✔️ Creating social media content (images + captions) for clients using Planable, Canva, Slack, Notion, Gemini, and WordPress
✔️ Assisting with product entry and updates
✔️ Occasional on-site visits required for content creation and client support
Expect a few video calls or monthly/bi-weekly in-person check-ins even after training is complete.
Bonus Skills:
➕ Live chat / tech support experience
➕ Spanish-speaking is a plus
