Job Description

Position Summary This position provides physical therapy services to pediatric population, neonate to adolescence, including evaluation and treatment, using modalities such as exercise, heat, water, electricity, massage, light and ultrasound. Education

• BA or higher degree from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
  (Required)

Experience

• Pediatric experience (Preferred)

Certifications

• Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy license prior to start date (Required)
• AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date
  (Required)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date (Required)

Special Skills

• pediatric ortho and/or neuro, child developement (Preferred)
