We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Pharmaceutical domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions that meet regulatory and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for business processes within the pharma domain.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations (GxP, FDA, EMA, etc.) in all business requirements and solutions.
• Prepare clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain.
• Strong knowledge of pharma processes such as Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience working with documentation standards (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows).
• Hands-on experience with requirement management and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations.
Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for pharma data reporting.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
