Real Estate Associate – Elite U.S. Law Firm – Charlotte – $275,000 - $350,000

This is an exceptional opportunity to join an elite, highly prestigious U.S. law firm as a Real Estate Associate within its expanding national Real Estate practice, based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The firm’s Real Estate group is widely recognised for handling complex, high-value commercial real estate matters across the U.S., advising major financial institutions, lenders, developers and investors. Known for its collaborative culture and sophisticated deal flow, the team offers an outstanding platform for associates looking to accelerate their development within a top-tier environment.

As part of the Charlotte Real Estate team, you will work on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to client relationships and deal strategy. The Role

You will join a market-leading Real Estate group, advising on a variety of sophisticated transactional and finance matters, including:

  • Real estate financing transactions for major lenders and financial institutions.
  • Lender representation across complex commercial real estate deals.
  • Drafting and negotiating loan documentation.
  • Managing title and survey diligence throughout transactions.

This role offers excellent exposure to high-value finance work, within a team known for technical excellence and commercial rigour.

The Candidate

  • A Real Estate Associate with 4–6 years’ experience in commercial real estate work.
  • Strong background in real estate financing, lender representation, loan documentation and diligence.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong verbal, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident managing transactions and working collaboratively with partners and clients.
  • A commercial mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
