Our client is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer who can create and deliver effective training that helps people actually use the tools better and work more efficiently. The Trainer should be able to show clear results, such as higher tool usage, positive feedback from users, and time saved in daily work. The trainer will be expected to create training materials and work independently. This includes planning and scheduling smaller training sessions, running polls, collecting feedback, and working with engineers to clarify open questions or topics.
