Expect to spend most of your time on the phone, asking the right questions, and figuring out what truly drives someone to make their next career move. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A Natural Connector - as 75% of your time will be spent talking to candidates via the telephone and building relationships with them. Someone who enjoys people!
• A SELF-STARTER who is DRIVEN and FLEXIBLE personality that is ok with change as we may pivot direction on a project at a moment’s notice and has the drive to keep pushing forward.
• Someone who is DETAIL ORIENTED- “the devil is in the details” is certainly true for this position.
• Someone who can SMILE or embracing the FUN - be able to laugh at yourself and all the crazy situations we find ourselves in.
• BE CURIOUS – Ask those in-depth questions, finding the “why” someone wants to make that career change.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Source and build candidate pipelines for healthcare recruiting projects
• Screen and qualify candidates via phone before scheduling interviews
• Review resumes and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Track and improve recruitment metrics through consistent candidate communication
• Ask the deep questions to understand candidates' real motivations for a career change

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or HR
• 2-year college degree (preferred)
• Background in sales, healthcare, medical or recruiting?

Position Type/Expected hours worked:

• This is a full-time position, and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST (flexible start/end times).
