We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the President of one of Sealed Air’s major business units. This critical role ensures the President’s time, priorities, and stakeholder engagements are optimized—enabling effective leadership and driving operational excellence across the business.
• Proactively manage the President’s complex calendar, prioritizing key business initiatives and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, internal strategy sessions, and external engagements.
• Anticipate needs by developing a deep understanding of business priorities; prepare briefing materials, presentations, and follow-ups to support executive decision-making.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between the President and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment across the business unit.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring timely follow-through on critical initiatives.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, optimizing schedules to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance executive effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Extensive experience supporting senior executives, with a proactive and anticipatory approach.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, paired with a strategic mindset.
