Executive Assistant to the CFO
Real Estate Investment & Property Management Platform
A growing real estate investment and property management firm is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer.
This role focuses on supporting the CFO in managing priorities, organization, and workflow across the organization. Familiarity or exposure to accounting or finance is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Manage and help organize the CFO’s schedule, priorities, and follow-ups
* Track tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure items are completed and nothing falls through the cracks
* Help coordinate communication and requests between the CFO and internal teams
* Prepare meeting materials, summaries, and action items
* Organize financial documents, deal materials, and internal reports
* Provide occasional assistance with simple financial schedules or bookkeeping-related tasks when needed
Qualifications
* 2–5 years of experience supporting an executive, operations team, or finance team
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
