Duties:
The Product Data Entry Associate is responsible for the daily functions of the Product Release Team. This includes new item or catalog number creation, product data entry and maintenance in all company systems (ERP, CMS/eCommerce), product release and discontinuation, product pricing, and other various data cleanup initiatives.
Role:
Will assign item/catalog numbers in the lab
Entry, and maintenance of, product information in ERP system/databases and CMS/eCommerce platforms
Competitive pricing research
Product release and discontinuation
Data cleanup and process improvement initiatives
Cross-departmental coordination
Coordination of QA processes and documentation (i.e.: change controls and non-conformances)
Required
Bachelor’s degree in any major
1 year of database entry or data or database management experience
Experience working in a lab environment
Knowledge of the biotech industry, biology, and/or immunology desired
Microsoft Excel
ERP, CMS, eCommerce desired
