Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in civil site work and excavation. This role is ideal for someone who not only manages projects effectively but also brings a process-driven mindset to help standardize operations and improve overall project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle management of civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate and manage excavation, site development, utilities, concrete, and paving activities
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to improve consistency and efficiency
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain strong relationships
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational enhancements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing civil site work and excavation projects
• Strong understanding of site development, utilities, and heavy civil construction processes
• Experience improving workflows, SOPs, or operational efficiencies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
