Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Anderson Growth Partners (“AGP”) is an SEC registered, multi-family office. AGP provides investment and strategic advisory services for families via investments in outside investment managers and in proprietary fund vehicles.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support senior leadership and help drive day-to-day operational excellence across the firm.

This role sits at the center of the organization and combines executive support with broader business operations responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership
• Prepare materials for meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through
• Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, advisors, vendors, and external partners
• Track key priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across leadership initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, executive support, office management, or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with urgency
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
