Role Overview
We are seeking an early-career Business Analyst to support Run-the-Business (RTB) efforts and assist with digital transformation product initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional eager to grow their product and technology skillset while working on large-scale, customer-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Support RTB initiatives including SDK updates, certificate renewals, platform upgrades, performance improvements, and stability enhancements
· Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and vendors to gather, document, and refine requirements for both production support and NextGen workstreams
· Create clear artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and release notes
· Assist with backlog grooming, sprint preparation, and UAT coordination
· Help track dependencies, risks, and open issues across app, web, CMS, and backend systems
· Act as a reliable point of support to keep day-to-day digital operations running smoothly while transformation work progresses
What We’re Looking For
· 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
· Exposure to digital products such as mobile apps, websites, or APIs
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
· Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how large-scale digital platforms operate in production
