As our portfolio of 1,150+ units continues to grow, we’re looking for team members who are eager to learn, provide exceptional support to residents and property owners, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our communities.
The Assistant Property Manager (APM) works closely with the property managers to support the operations for a portfolio of properties. One can expect to work with a variety of building types, locations, vendors, and tenants. As a primary point of contact for residents, the Assistant Property Manager is an important face of the company and as such, must convey our brand of professionalism and a can-do attitude. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in supporting smooth property operations. They are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to collaborate with senior managers and vendors to deliver outstanding service to residents and property owners.Required Skills/Qualifications
