Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Adventure Travel Consultant to help clients plan unforgettable, experience-driven trips around the world. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on exploring new destinations, enjoys outdoor and cultural adventures, and has a talent for crafting unique, customized travel experiences.

As an Adventure Travel Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design trips that may include activities such as hiking, сафaris, scuba diving, cultural immersions, eco-tourism, and more. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring every journey is seamless, exciting, and tailored to each traveler’s preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, interests, budget, and comfort level
  • Design customized adventure itineraries (solo, group, family, or luxury adventure travel)
  • Research destinations, tours, accommodations, and activity providers
  • Book flights, lodging, transportation, excursions, and travel insurance
  • Provide expert advice on visas, safety, vaccinations, and travel requirements
  • Build relationships with global suppliers, tour operators, and vendors
  • Stay updated on travel trends, emerging destinations, and adventure experiences
  • Handle client inquiries, changes, and issues before and during travel
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals

Qualifications

  • Passion for travel, especially adventure and experiential travel
  • Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or sales (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
  • Familiarity with booking platforms and travel tools is a plus
  • Social media or marketing skills are a bonus
