Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Account Manager to play a critical role in maintaining and expanding relationships with clients. The Account Manager will focus on understanding client needs, coordinating cross-functional teams for strategy execution, and ensuring deliverables are met with high satisfaction.

§ Manages smaller, single-state, or regional accounts

§ Servers as the day-to-day liaison for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication, data exchange, and adherence to program requirements

§ Supports onboarding, addresses system and program issues

§ Assists with identifying opportunities for program improvement and growth within assigned accounts

§ Leads business reviews, performance reviews, and bi-weekly touchpoints with minimal assistance

§ Manages account to ensure compliance with known contractual quality thresholds

§ Assist with minor client contract amendments

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer success.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, technology solutions, and identifying actionable insights.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present reports and strategies clearly to clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, value-based care, or familiarity with clinical guidelines is highly desirable.
