MUST BE ABLE TO IMMEDIATELE Y PROVIDE:

1. HS DIPLOMA OR GED

2. Training Cert OR letter from Parent or the school (teacher or provider) confirming that training was provided to the para/aide to address the student's IEP goals

3. A copy of your passport or Driver's License

4. Copy of your Social Security Card

Personal or Professional experience helping children with:

• Special needs
• Autism
• ADHD
• Diabetes
• Seizures
• Asthma
• Epi-pen

Professional experience in the following roles:

• Paraprofessional
• Teachers Assistant/Aide
• DSP
• HHA
• CNA
• or similar healthcare roles

Responsibilitie

• Provide one-on-one support for student with diverse medical needs
• Prepare and organize classroom materials
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
• Support behavior management strategies and reinforce positive behavior
• Promote respect, inclusion, and engagement in the classroom

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or related certification preferred)
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
